With your nose in the air, the Tourist Office guides invite you to discover Hautvillers, the village of Dom Pérignon. They will tell you the story of the traditional wrought iron signs that adorn the facades of the village houses.

Share a weekend getaway by discovering a typic local loft of 1894, its spa, its services and its vintage character. Then, go to meet the Champagne vineyard through a half-day excursion in a vintage Renault 4L or Citroën 2CV car.

WITHOUT TOUR OF THE WINERY

You will discover our cellar, located under our property. You will understand how we work and elaborate our Champagnes. Then, you'll settle down in the tasting cellar (or outside in summer time) to discover the characteristics of 3 or each of our 6 cuvées.

Rent a bike and set off to explore the Châlonnaise countryside or the Champagne vineyards. The Tourist Office offers you a free selection of circuits to discover the UNESCO World Heritage "Basilique de l'Epine", the Coolus Natural Area, the boat locks itnerary, the touristic route of Champagne...

Public visit During this visit you will discover part of the production of the Boizel House. You will visit "le Cellier" with its oak barrels, "la Cuverie" with its impressive stainless-steel vats, our historical cellars, listed as Unesco World Heritage and the family "Trésor".

Step into the secret of our craft. A technical and sensory exploration in the heart of the barrel cellar, where Vincent Cuillier and Emeline De Sloovere age their wines to reveal the terroir’s complexity.

The boat tour is the must visit in Châlons-en-Champagne. Discover the city from an unusual angle from the canals Mau & Nau. Nature and heritage blend harmoniously for a magnificent spectacle.

Valérie will take you to a vineyard, so you can discover the particularities of agroecological Champagne viticulture. Then visite our plant maceration,workshop, used to make our vines stronger.

You will be welcomed in our tasting cellar or outside during the summer. You will be presented our property, as well as 3 or 6 champagnes.

Immerse yourself in the captivating world of the Maison, exploring winemaking secrets and iconic locations. A tasting of four cuvées will be offered: two from the “Classiques” range and two from the “Parcellaires / Spécialités” range.
