Further information
Winegrowers since 1789, our Champagne house has its own history and it is a beautiful history!
Our ancestor, Edmond Dubois, "The Redeemer of Champagne", a passionate, determined, brave and enthusiastic man actively participated in the 1911 revolt. In memory of our ancestor, we remain today a family business and still elaborate our Champagnes with respect and tradition.
Thus, all our cuvées are aged for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels, and the riddling of the bottles on our racks is always done by hand. Our house works in harmony with nature... Certified HVE - High Environmental Value - we respect biodiversity and its ecosystem. This work of listening, of patience, reinforces the authenticity of our Champagnes.
Today, Cédric and Vincent, the 5th generation, are creating new cuvées signed "Nouvel R": a Champagne Brut Nature, a Ratafia Champenois and soon a No Added Sulphur cuvée. You will be welcomed with a smile. Allow an hour for the visit which takes you to the press, the riddling room and to discover the fine cuvées of the House. Take the opportunity to discover and learn about the vineyard during a short walk with the owners. An opportunity for you to discover the beautiful panorama of the Marne Valley.
