You will immerse yourself in the historic Champagne hillsides classified as World Heritage by UNESCO and I will explain to you the work of the vine, the history of Champagne and its region, its production process, its secrets, the sustainable viticulture ... and we will certainly meet there winegrowers and famous Champagne Houses working their vineyard !
We will also visit part of the village and stop in front of the headquarters and vineyards of the prestigious Champagne Houses of Aÿ such as Bollinger, Deutz ...

The children will taste an organic grape juice and you will also have well deserved to discover the 3 famous spirits of Champagne (Ratafia, Fine of Marne and Marc of Champagne) from the Distillery Goyard in Aÿ which is the oldest and most important distillery of Champagne.
I will take this opportunity to give you good advice, the "good addresses" of the locals to visit and taste our Champagnes from local Champagne producers and Houses !
